Leading the push in Charlotte for more women on corporate boards

Jennifer Winstel is hoping to educate people in North Carolina about the need for more diversity on corporate boards. Winstel leads 2020 Women on Boards’ efforts in Charlotte. The national organization aims to increase the percentage of women on corporate boards to 20% or greater by 2020.
