The site of a former hotel off Interstate 77 has been purchased for further development at a lower South End business park. Earlier this year, San Francisco-based Stockbridge Capital Group acquired the 2.2-acre parcel, adjacent to South End Business Park. The park is at the corner of South Tryon Street and Clanton Road, an area humming with activity.
