Colliers International's Charlotte office has hired Steve Rich as its director of retail. Previously, Rich ran his own commercial real estate firm, EnRich Commerical LLC, also in Charlotte. There, he represented retail landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, developers and investors in brokerage services.
