Snap-on Inc. said that David Adams, chairman and chief executive officer of Curtiss-Wright Corp., has been appointed to the Snap-on board of directors. The addition of Adams as an independent director increases the size of the board to 10 members, Kenosha, Wis.-based Snap-on (NYSE: SNA) said.
