Anheuser-Busch sued over 'unscrupulous' use of N.C. tribe's trademark in advertisements

The Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina has filed a federal lawsuit against Anheuser-Busch InBev, the maker of Budweiser, calling its use of a tribal trademark in advertisements "immoral, unethical, oppressive, (and) unscrupulous."
