There's some good news in store for Charlotte job seekers this spring. The strongest job prospects in the second quarter can be found in the Queen City, which ties with Omaha, Neb., in having the nation's best net employment outlook from April through June, according to a survey released Tuesday by Milwaukee-based staffing firm Manpower Group (NYSE:MAN).
