Top Duke Energy executive to retire

A.R. Mulinax, Duke Energy’s executive vice president for Strategic Services and a member of its senior management team, will retire May 1. He has been the chief information officer for Duke for several years. He currently directs information technology, supply chain and administrative services for the company.
