MPV Properties has acquired 11 acres in Highland Creek for a mixed-use center. Property records show MPV paid $1.1 million for that land at the corner of Eastfield Road and Highland Creek Parkway in northeast Charlotte. Plans call for 100,000 square feet of space for retail, office, medical and childcare services to be constructed.
