The Bissell Cos. celebrated the topping out of its new 10-story building in Ballantyne Corporate Park on Thursday — minus the actual topping out. Windy weather delayed placement of the last steel beam in the Brigham Building, named in memory of Dr. Craig Brigham. Construction on that 287,507-square-foot office building is expected to be complete in November.
