Former NewDominion Bank president and COO Marc Bogan is one step away from achieving his goal of becoming the chief executive of a community bank. Virginia-based Fauquier Bankshares, parent company of The Fauquier Bank, announced Bogan as the company's new president Thursday. He will also serve on the company's board of directors.
