Charlotte-based Ferncroft Capital has purchased a 12,000-square-foot building in the city's SouthPark area for $4.15 million. The private real estate investment firm bought the building at 4611 Sharon Road in January from Springs Investment LLC. The single-tenant building is occupied by Fidelity Investments.
