Cleantech panel turns to speculation on energy agenda for the N.C. legislature

A final panel on Clean Energy Policies in the Southeast turned into a discussion of what may happen in the upcoming session of the N.C. General Assembly at Friday’s N.C. Clean Tech Summit.
