Cafe & wine bar preps to open in historic Fourth Ward

This historic Fourth Ward home is about to become a neighborhood gathering spot. The Poplar Street Cafe & Wine Bar is on target to open March 7. It is located in The Morrison House. It is at the corner of West 10th Street and North Poplar.
