Alliance Residential Co. has named the head of its new Charlotte office. The apartment firm has put Donald Santos in charge of multifamily development across North Carolina, including to a news release. Santos joins Alliance as director after working most recently for Pollack Shores Real Estate Group, where he led projects in North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Florida.
