The state Department of Administration has added a new tool to the state’s toolbox when it comes to disaster response: A $9 million mobile disaster hospital. Federal Surplus Property has donated the FEMA-authorized mobile hospital unit to the state’s Office of Emergency Medical Services under the Department of Health and Human Services.
